About the Role

Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver personalized physical therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create tailored rehabilitation programs
• Provide physical therapy interventions in facility settings
• Collaborate with team members and refer patients to other providers when necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and recovery

Key Duties

Assist patients in restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their physical functions through individualized therapy plans, contributing to patient-centered recovery and wellness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state license in Physical Therapy or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Evaluation of international degrees for U.S. equivalency if applicable
