What You Will Do In This Role
- Evaluate a patient's condition
- Develop a treatment plan
- Help patients get better
- Instruct nursing staff and patient's families on follow-through programs
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members
- Aid in patient scheduling and post charges to patient records
- Document patient care
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
- Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Previous experience in rehab setting preferred
- Current CPR certification is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Open to new grads
