Physical Therapist (PT)
About the role
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team at Kent Hospital. The PT will evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function
- Communicate closely with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-through on therapeutic goals
- Document all patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Uphold all professional, ethical, and legal standards in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS)

Pay
Hourly range: $ 39.00 - $ 48.00 per hour
Schedule
8-10 hour shifts to meet Part-time hours status, every other weekend, weekday shifts as needed, 1 Holiday minimum commitment annually
