Your Impact

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain records and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met.
• Adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligibility to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but we’re willing to invest in new grads!
