About the Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.
