Physical Therapist - PT

About the Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapies
• Educate patients and families on proper techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient recovery and team goals

Requirements

• Valid state PT license or certification
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 0-1 years of experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
