Job Duties
- Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow.
- Supervise PTAs daily.
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
Requirements
- Current NYS PT License and Registration
- CPR Certification
- EMR Competence
- Mets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
Pay
- Hourly Pay Rate: $42-$46 Hourly (W-2), $55-$57 Hourly (1099)
Schedule
- Flexible Schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Coverage, Days, Evenings)
