About the role

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Physical Therapist to join their supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical diagnosis.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously update clinical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

State range $40 to $55 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week.
