Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Physical Therapists who enjoy working with pediatric and/or adult patients in a home health setting. As a PT, you'll provide evaluation and treatment services in patients' homes throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding communities while maintaining the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services in patients' homes

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Colorado Physical Therapy license (required by start date)
• CPR Certified (required by start date)
