About the role
Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long-term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
- Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
