Physical Therapist -PRN WEEKDAY and/or WEEKENDS

Position Summary

Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services at skilled rehab in Owasso.

Position Duties

• Responsible for performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients
• Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to next level of care
• Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs
• Educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility
• Provide quality documentation as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation
