Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab with HCA HealthONE Swedish
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence following illness, injury, or surgery. You'll work closely with physicians and the care team to assess each patient's needs and create personalized therapy plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
- Maintain progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes
- Provide education on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that promote independence
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery
- Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare’s values of excellence, compassion, and integrity
Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school with a BS, MS, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Maintain an active Physical Therapy license in the State of Colorado
- Obtain current certification in BLS for HealthCare Providers (in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines)
- Have completed a student clinical rotation or work experience in at least one of the following settings: acute care hospital, long-term acute care facility, skilled nursing facility, and/or acute rehabilitation setting
Skills
Required skills include excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in using rehabilitation technology and software is also essential.

Pay and Schedule
Hourly Wage Estimate: $43.23 - $64.85 / hour
Shifts will be 8-10 hours in length. Position is PRN, Inpatient Rehab.
