About the role

The Physical Therapist plans and implements patient-specific treatment programs using advanced clinical and interpersonal skills. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• PT licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
• Strong clinical competency, diagnostic understanding, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and collaborate effectively

Key Duties

• Perform evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans
• Implement and manage therapy techniques and coordinate patient care
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses and treatment outcomes
• Document treatment and progress accurately and timely
• Assist with departmental operations, equipment maintenance, and staff training
• Support organizational initiatives and participate in team activities
