About the role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build your dream caseload by focusing on the patient types you are most passionate about.
• Supervise techs and collaborate with a supportive team.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload averaging 1.5 patients per hour to prioritize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to equity and equality
• Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Pay

$78,000 – $90,000 per year, plus monthly bonus potential.
