Physical Therapist- PRN

Responsibilities

• Implementing customized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs
• Participating in state survey preparation and ADR and appeal management
• Managing comprehensive risk assessments and quality assurance processes
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical excellence
• Tracking and analyzing outcomes to inform continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current licensure to practice in relevant state(s)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)

• Skilled in evidence-based practice
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
