About the role

Join Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, as a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) focused on outpatient orthopedic care. You'll contribute to patient recovery and growth, working in multiple clinics in Smyrna, TN.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN (as needed) coverage across Results PT clinics
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a supportive team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continuously learn and grow through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
