Physical Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders
• Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Supervise and instruct therapy assistants
• Educate patients and families on exercises and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Promote therapy programs within the community

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license
• Experience in rehabilitation and supervision preferred
