Physical Therapist, PRN

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team members
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Conduct staff education and in-service training
• Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
• Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in South Carolina (required)
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Physical Therapy
• Unencumbered license in South Carolina
• Relevant work experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba
• Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
