Physical Therapist - PRN

Seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, along with general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Must hold a bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in physical therapy and a current or temporary state license. Required certifications include BLS, with current certifications prior to patient care. Preferred experience ranges from six months to one year, especially with adult and geriatric populations. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, and performing various physical movements such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
