Physical Therapist PRN

Role: Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities in patients with disease or injury.Implement and revise treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families, providing education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals.Establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans in coordination with physicians and patients.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge information per departmental protocols.Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure effective communication within the team.Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvement activities.Utilize equipment safely and cost-effectively, observing infection control precautions.Deliver excellent customer service, promote teamwork, and foster a positive environment using AIDET principles.Engage in ongoing professional development, complete mandatory education, and maintain licensure requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.Current Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification.Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
