Kadima at Lititz is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. Located in the heart of Lancaster County, just steps from downtown Lititz, we offer personalized, resident-centered care in a scenic setting. We are looking for a compassionate therapist who can contribute to our dynamic, family-centered team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve physical function and mobility
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
