What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy in patients’ homes
- Assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document care thoroughly and accurately
- Travel within Braintree and nearby areas
What You’ll Need
- APTA-accredited PT degree
- Active MA PT license
- 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel up to 50%
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Service Area
Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth, Milton, and surrounding towns
