About the role
SSM Health Day Institute Bridgeton, MO is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their specialized outpatient rehabilitation program.
Responsibilities
- Implements high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with physical therapy principles and outpatient policies and procedures.
- Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
- Maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients.
- Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
- We will assist with the cost of obtaining a secondary license if needed.
Licensing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
- Certified Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Pay
- Tier II - $45 per hour.
Schedule
- 60+ shift hours per month.
