About the Role
The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being in our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility in Winter Haven, FL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Requirements
- Valid State PT License
