Physical Therapist - PRN

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid PT license in the state
• PREFERRED: Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered approach
• Ability to work independently with flexibility
• Commitment to compassionate, effective care

Key Skills & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive resident evaluations
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training
• Assess and modify treatment progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team for holistic resident care
• Document sessions and progress accurately
• Participate in quality improvement activities
