Physical Therapist PRN

Responsibilities

• Conduct or assist with medically prescribed physical therapy programs
• Restore function and prevent disabilities following a disease, injury, or loss of a body part
• Help patients reach their maximum performance
• Learn to live within the limits of their capabilities involving physical means such as exercise, mobility training, massage, heat, water, and electricity, as prescribed by physician and directed by Physical Therapist
• Absorb and execute active and passive exercises
• Muscle reeducation and gait and functional training
• Utilize pulleys and weights, steps, and inclined surfaces
