Physical Therapist: PRN
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: About CNS (mission), Impact on Patients, Shifts: PRN, Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list), Professional Development (maybe considered as part of Benefits? but it's separate content). Also Mentorship Program details. Also maybe "Professional Development" and "Mentorship Program" could be under a section like "Professional Development" or "Growth Opportunities". The instructions: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can also create other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we can use those headings if content matches. We should not invent sections like "Professional Development" unless it's present as a heading? The posting includes sections: "Professional Development", "Mentorship Program". Those could be considered as sub-sections under maybe "Professional Development". But we need to decide.
We must preserve all substantive information. We can combine related content under appropriate headings.
We have:
- About CNS: mission, community, PATHfinders, supportive environment, fun, video link.
- Impact On Patients: description of impact, bullet points (helping regain mobility, pain relief, emotional support, empowering goals).
- Shifts: PRN (maybe schedule). So we can have a Schedule section with PRN.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Qualifications: Master's/Doctorate, licensure, APTA membership desirable.
- Benefits: list of benefits for PRN staff: 401(k) matching, license reimbursement, continuing education assistance, LifeMart benefits (with subcategories), Wisely financial services (early direct deposit, cashback, prepaid debit cards). Also maybe professional development and mentorship could be considered benefits? But they are separate sections.
- Professional Development: mentorship, continuing education assistance, skill-building workshops, career advancement, collaborative environment.
- Mentorship Program: details.
We could combine Professional Development and Mentorship Program under a "Professional Development" heading, with subpoints.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. The posting ends with "Apply today..." and "I Want in! Apply Now!" which are application instructions; we should remove those.
Also remove the video link? It's part of About CNS; it's substantive? It's a link to video; we can keep as part of About CNS paragraph.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The title is "Staff Physical Therapist". Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:

Professional Development
with subpoints. But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Professional Development and Mentorship under Benefits? But they are not benefits exactly; they are growth opportunities. Could be under "Professional Development" heading. We need to decide: Is it better to have sections: About the Role, Impact on Patients, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Professional Development, Schedule. That's 7 sections. But we could merge Impact on Patients into About the Role? However they are distinct; but we can keep. We must not create sections with filler text like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Let's extract content. About CNS: "Join Our Team as a Staff Physical Therapist! Are you a passionate and driven professional looking to make a real difference in people's lives? At CNS, we're on a mission to help individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurologic diagnoses regain their independence and live meaningful lives. Please see our moving corporate video, "The Story of Centre for Neuro Skills “at https://youtu.be/Jwqve9gWtEw" We can keep that as About the Role. Impact On Patients: "Impact On Patients With traumatic brain injury, life changes in an instant. For us, there is no greater reward than easing human suffering and helping people put their lives back together. At CNS, we help individuals with brain injuries find hope, independence, and return to a meaningful life – and you play a critical role in their journey. Your work will directly impact patients by: Helping them regain mobility and independence through personalized treatment plans.Providing pain relief and improving their quality of life with various therapy techniques.Supporting their emotional and psychological well-being by fostering a positive and encouraging environment.Empowering them to achieve their goals and navigate the challenges of their condition." We can turn bullet list. Responsibilities: list as given. Qualifications: list. Benefits: list as given (including sub-benefits). We'll need to format sub-benefits maybe as nested list? The instruction: use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have top-level
- for benefits, each
- can contain text; for sub-items we could also use
- inside? Probably okay.
Professional Development: we could treat as part of Benefits? But it's separate content about growth. Could be its own section.
Mentorship Program: could be under Professional Development.
Schedule: PRN.
We must not include application instructions like "Apply today..." etc.
Let's craft.
We'll produce:
