About the role

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking PRN Physical Therapists — including new grads — to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. We offer competitive compensation, a supportive environment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Competitive Physical Therapist salary: $80,000-$95,000
