Physical Therapist - PRN

Role Overview This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services in an acute care setting, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education. The role requires developing personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and functional activity, collaborating closely with healthcare teams, and delegating tasks to assistants and students appropriately. Establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.Communicates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.Completes documentation per departmental policies.Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultation services in physical therapy. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required; Master's preferred.Current Physical Therapist License.No prior experience required; supervisory experience not necessary.
