About the role

Alderwood Post Acute & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at this 113-bed skilled nursing facility in Lynnwood, WA. Alderwood Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting, featuring an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. Lynnwood offers an urban-suburban mix with many restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and is home to above-average public schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients.
• Provide direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and care plans using EMR (PCC experience not required).
• Maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state of practice.
