Responsibilities
- The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Preferred Qualification: 1 year Rehabilitation experience.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.
