What You'll Do
- Provide top-quality care to patients, collaborating with a team of skilled professionals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring physicians.

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current CPRS certification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for improving the health and wellness of individuals and communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.
