What You'll Do

  • Provide top-quality care to patients, collaborating with a team of skilled professionals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring physicians.
  • Stay current with the latest research and clinical trends in physical therapy.
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Current CPRS certification or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for improving the health and wellness of individuals and communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
