Responsibilities
- Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department;
- Performs physical therapy procedures and modalities;
- Directs care provided by physical therapy assistants.
Works at varied clinic locations as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program;
- Completion of a clinical internship;
- Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice;
- Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire;
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Qualifications
- Experience in ambulatory setting preferred.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
