About the role
The Center for Rehabilitation at Wilmington Hospital is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to helping patients regain strength and skills as they prepare to return home.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment programs
- Provide therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease process
- Complete all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- CPR Certification required
- Current Delaware license or eligibility for a Delaware License
Qualifications
- Experience in physical therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills

Pay
This is a flat rate position. Any individual hired into this position will be paid $59.00/hour plus any applicable shift differentials.
Schedule
This is a per diem position, meaning the schedule can vary based on patient needs.
