Role: Physical Therapist
Shift: Per Diem - M-F (7am - 7pm varying shifts between clinic hours)

About the Role

Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is seeking a PER DIEM Physical Therapist for their newest clinic located in Norwalk, CT. This clinic is part of a multidisciplinary team of medical, rehabilitation, and wellness professionals dedicated to improving the health of the community. This clinic includes specialty programs in: Pelvic Health, Lymphedema, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic and Neurologic Occupational Therapy, Back to Life Fitness program. This position will primarily be treating orthopedic populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide care to orthopedic populations
• Part of a multidisciplinary team
• Work in a clinic setting with specialty programs

Requirements

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school, with a BS, master's, or doctorate degree
• CT active or temporary license
• Strong orthopedic expertise and outpatient experience preferred

Qualifications

• CT active or temporary license
• New graduates with an interest in ortho/sports med may be considered
