Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.
• Develop a comprehensive plan‑of‑care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
• Provide quality services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
• Help patients get back up to speed and make an impact in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) certification required on hire.
• Valid driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

Schedule

Per Diem, 8‑hour day shift, Monday‑Friday.
