About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and education. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient-centered communication, collaboration, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized plans of care.

Requirements
