About the role

Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven Pelvic Health/Ortho physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. This outpatient opportunity is in a dynamic clinic located in Gilbert, AZ. Caseload will be split between generalized orthopedics and pelvic floor. Previous Pelvic Floor experience preferred. New Grads Welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Full-Time, Monday–Friday
