Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, build strong relationships with patients, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessment of mobility, strength, function, and movement patterns
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best clinical practices
  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Raintree in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
