Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, build strong relationships with patients, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessment of mobility, strength, function, and movement patterns
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best clinical practices
- Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Raintree in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
