Evaluation and Treatment
To administer Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of Physical Therapy, physician’s referral, and Physical Therapy plan of care.
Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
Supervision
Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- Required: Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): 1-2 years of prior experience
- License, Registry or Certification: Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy
- Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Knowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills and Pelvic Health
