About the role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our clinic specializing in one-on-one pelvic floor and spine care. You will focus on providing personalized care to each patient.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain a corporate culture supporting our mission and values.
• Maintain a patient treatment schedule based on the facility's needs.
• Communicate with referring physicians and agencies regarding patient progress.
• Prepare evaluation, discharge, and progress reports as needed.
• Practice physical therapy according to the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Convey empathy and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Experience with gender-neutral pelvic health is required.
• Must have State Licensure or Registration.

Qualifications

• Skills in practice physical therapy consistent with APTA standards.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
