Physical Therapist (PT)
Bayada Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PT) for Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Sussex County, DE. Maryland therapists with Delaware licenses are welcome.
Flexible Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling options including part-time (25+ visits/week) and per diem (5 visits/week).

What You’ll Do
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
What We’re Looking For
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
- Active Delaware license
