Physical Therapist, Part Time, Pediatrics

About the role

A strong pediatric clinician is needed and will be cross-trained for adult outpatient and hospital/SNU services. The position includes weekend rotations for hospital PT coverage.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards to maintain a cooperative work environment.
• Follows hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Contributes to the quality of services provided.
• Assists in maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintains productivity and meets departmental financial and productivity standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
• Shares clinical expertise and participates in professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of practice.

Skills

• Knowledge of age/developmentally specific patient care.
• Ability to interpret age/developmentally specific responses to treatment/activity.
• Competence in maintaining age/developmentally specific patient care knowledge.

Pay

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour, based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours per week.
