Physical Therapist - Part Time or Per Diem

Westview Healthcare Center in Auburn, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation department. This part-time or per-diem opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians are valued and residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and celebrate patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that collaborates effectively.
• Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships.
• Bring positive energy, professionalism, and compassion to work every day.
• Participate in the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Support a safe, positive, and respectful therapy environment.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License or eligibility to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Skilled nursing experience is beneficial but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
