Physical Therapist - Part Time or Full Time

About the role

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping them restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. This role works in close partnership with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Foster a positive, welcoming patient experience
• Support clinic growth initiatives and help establish a strong culture of excellence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Orthopedic rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
