PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PART-TIME/FULL-TIME FLEXIBLE HOURS)

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time or full-time outpatient position with flexible hours in Santa Cruz, CA. New graduates are welcome! Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs, modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement-based treatment techniques.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills.
