Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and assistants in an interdisciplinary team
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers
• Document accurately and timely in accordance with facility and company standards

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapy License
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality care
