Physical Therapist-Part Time

About the role

Sentara Therapy Center Greenbrier is hiring a Physical Therapist - Part Time (30 Hours).

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with various medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Perform physical examinations and gather relevant patient history.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current VA license in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Preferred Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
