Physical Therapist Role Overview The Physical Therapist performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to patients, overseeing rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts, all while aligning with organizational standards and values. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical TherapyCurrent or Temporary state licensure in Physical TherapyCurrent BLS certificationPreferred: 6 months to 1-year experience, especially with adult and geriatric care Skills & Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs regularlyProlonged standing and walkingAbility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
