Physical Therapist - Part-time

About the Role

This position involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals. Responsibilities include initial and discharge assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, set goals, and document treatment plans
• Deliver optimal therapy to meet functional goals in a timely manner
• Assess educational needs and provide PRN therapy
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Serve as a clinical instructor/mentor for interns
• Engage in hospital and discipline-specific skills checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute settings preferred
• GA PT license or eligibility
• BLS certification
• Basic computer literacy
